Hey there, I'm Ruth Kudzai, and I'm passionate about empowering individuals, especially women of color, to step into their power and achieve extraordinary things. My journey to becoming a champion for others wasn't a straight line. For over a decade, I thrived in the fast-paced corporate world of transportation, working with major players in the UK bus and rail industry. I spearheaded projects that generated billions in revenue and led teams that made a real impact. But it wasn't just about the numbers; it was about the people.

Traveling the globe, I witnessed leadership in action - the good, the bad, and everything in between. And as a young Black woman navigating a male-dominated industry, I faced my own unique set of challenges. These experiences fueled my passion to share the secrets to success and create a space where ambitious individuals, especially women of color, could connect, learn, and thrive. That's why I founded The Executive Branch.

Through the Stenom Foundation, I'm actively promoting decent work and social entrepreneurship among minority youth in Africa. And as a board member for several organisations dedicated to advancing employment opportunities. I'm working tirelessly to create a more equitable and inclusive world.
