My
I'm Ruth Kudzai, a passionate leader dedicated to empowering individuals, especially women of colour, to achieve their full potential. My path to empowering others wasn't linear. The past decade+, I thrived in the fast-paced corporate world of the transport industry, working for the biggest names in U.K bus and rail spearheading income generation projects and managing business critical initiatives that inform strategic business decisions. My authentic leadership and strategic thinking were instrumental in building high-performing teams that secured revenue of over £5 billion. This experience wasn't just about managing projects and people, it was a global classroom. Traveling the world, I witnessed leadership styles firsthand, from the inspiring to the ineffective.

This unique vantage point, coupled with my own journey as a young Black woman navigating a male-dominated industry, ignited a passion to share the secrets to career success. I founded The Executive Branch - a platform for ambitious individuals, especially women of colour to connect and learn through powerful storytelling and networking. Seeing the lack of representation first hand fuelled my desire to pave the way for others and champion diversity in the workplace.

Today, I combine my corporate experience with my insights gleaned from global travel to deliver practical, rapid-fire advice. I cover essential topics like personal branding, communication mastery, and building unshakeable confidence.

My influence extends beyond written content. I actively participate in speaking engagements and media appearances, using my voice to advocate for change and empower others. Additionally, I established the Stenom Foundation, promoting decent work and social entrepreneurship among minority youth in Africa and hold several board positions aligned with advancing employment .
