Ruth Kudzai | Host

Ruth is a seasoned career coach, inspirational leader, and the founder behind the Executive Branch. With a passion for empowering women, she initiated a series of impactful events aimed at igniting the ambitions of women from all walks of life.

Her mission revolves around fostering meaningful connections, promoting intergenerational learning, and providing women with the tools they need to excel in their careers and in life.

Kelly Kuziva | Host

Kelly is a dynamic and ambitious young entrepreneur determined to reshape the social media landscape in our favour. She is the founder of KellyKorporation, a social media marketing agency dedicated to empowering small businesses in establishing a strong online presence.

Simultaneously, through speaking engagements, Kelly is on a mission to redefine the narrative surrounding young black girls, firmly believing in their exceptional potential to achieve remarkable feats. Her tireless efforts embody a fresh perspective and an unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on both the digital marketing industry and the perception of young black girls.

Bogadi Serumola | Moderator of Panellist

Bogadi, hailing from Botswana, is a nurse-fluencer actively practicing as a qualified UK registered nurse. Beyond her nursing profession, she is a young single mother drawing her strength and endurance from her strong belief in "letting go and letting God."

As the Founder and CEO of @sisterhood_retrea, she spearheads an annual women's event aimed at guiding them towards self-actualisation and wholeness through a transformative journey of acceptance, vulnerability, and self-identity. Her empathetic nature shines through as she deeply connects with people through their vulnerable stories.

Bogadi sees her own trials as a means to liberate many, fueling her dedication. Additionally, she is an accomplished author, with her book "Sex Keeps a Man" garnering remarkable success in both the UK and Botswana, and she aspires to create more impactful literary works in the future.

Nothando Nyathi | Speaker

Nothando is a versatile presence in the digital realm, proudly known as a social media influencer, accomplished digital creator, and author of personal reinvention book.

Her passion for digital branding is evident in her consultancy work, where she assists individuals and businesses in shaping their digital identities. With simplicity and elegance as her guiding principles, Nothando’s journey is poised to inspire as she explores the realms of self-discovery, entrepreneurship and the power of personal branding.

Caz Gundu | Speaker & Panellist

Caroline Gundu, better known as Caz, is an award-winning Zimbabwean-born and British-raised multifaceted businesswoman, consultant and a self-published author of the recipe book “Zimbabwean Food Reimagined”. She has uniquely found a way to balance a demanding consulting career and running a food business and other interests which include women and youth empowerment. Caroline is a senior independent business consultant specialising in the UK energy and utilities sector working with blue chip companies delivering on digital and business transformation programmes and business development.

She is the founder of  “Cooking With Caz (CWC)”, a UK based Zimbabwean food brand, catering business and online platform where she showcases her creative recipes and hosts unique dining experiences as seen on BBC 1 Sunday Morning Live. She is the innovator behind the Sadza Cooker, an 8 in 1 multicooker with a Sadza cooking function as documented by The Sunday Mail Zimbabwe.

Outside of cooking and consulting Caroline is passionate about empowering women and young people and is an avid advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She is the former chair for the Energy UK Young Energy Professionals Forum, which is a professional network of young professionals working in the UK sector with over 300 companies represented and 2000 members. Under her leadership the forum published its first thought leadership papers which amplified the viewpoints of young energy professionals and was recognised by the industry’s leaders and government.

Rumbi Mupindu | Panellist

Rumbi Mupindu is a Co-Founder of VAMP, a leading Digital Talent, Entertainment & PR Agency. VAMP was founded in 2017, a year after the founders graduated from University, knowing there was a lack of representation in the industry. Rumbi and the co-founders decided to take matters into their own hands. Vamp works with brands to diversify their audience, working with clients that include Disney, Universal Pictures, E-One, Warner Bros., BBC, PLT, Benefit Cosmetics, Sony Music, Warner Music, Channel 4, Boohoo and more!

Rumbi is a working mother of two beautiful girls and deeply understands the importance of how and why representation matters. This is why she is a big advocate for black working mums and dedicates her time to speaking on panels & creating opportunities at VAMP through an Internship programme. This co-founder shows she can really do it all, balancing working life and family life whilst paying it forward!

Vimbai-Nashe Chinhoyi | Speaker

Nashe is a recognized Civil Service Role Model, wearing multiple hats as an Author, Talk Show Host, International Speaker, and Business, Purpose, and Money Coach.

Professionally, she is a leader in her field with her role delivering Major and Complex Government Programs working as the Head of Portfolio Management for Defra Group Property. Nashe is the Managing Director of World Lanterns, an organisation dedicated to spreading hope and light and the CEO at Nashe’s Consultancy, which is a one-stop shop for startups and SMEs.

In all her endeavours, Nashe’s passion is clear: guiding others towards discovering their own unique path and purpose in life

Tariro Chaks | Speaker

Tariro is a versatile professional who seamlessly juggles three distinctive roles in her life. She excels as a Global Tax Manager, navigating the complex world of international taxation, contributing to the success of businesses on a global scale.

Outside her corporate responsibilities, Tariro shines as a content creator, fostering connections within a diverse online community through her creative content. Her true passion, however, is empowering young women, particularly mothers, to conquer financial management, break through societal barriers, and achieve their career aspirations.

Amidst her multifaceted life, Tariro remains a dedicated mother, balancing the joys and challenges of parenthood.

Flossy Kandodo | Panellist

Flossy is a liberal feminist and philanthropist who has made significant contributions in both ​Zimbabwe and the​United Kingdom. In Zimbabwe, Flossy became the youngest ever member of the​National Gender Forum, collaborating with organisations such as the ​Canadian International Development Agency and the United States Information Service.

Flossy is also a co-founder of the Girl Child Network Trust, a charity focused on empowering young girls in Zimbabwe. She also established an influential social media enterprise called Ladies of UK. This platform brings together Zimbabwean women living in the UK and serves as a means to empower and support each other. In addition, Flossy runs her own care business called Profound Housing and Support Ltd. Flossy's accomplishments and contributions are vast and diverse, and she continues to make a positive impact both locally and internationally.

Shingai Dzumbira | Panellist

Shingai is a dynamic leader with a rich history of service and achievement in both academic and professional spheres. She holds directorship roles in a Banana Exporting company, Sabi Bananas, and Rukova Resource. She is the first black & African elected President and Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Warwick University Students' Union from 2021 to 2022, she represented circa 28,000 student members, driving positive change.

Shingai's multifaceted leadership and entrepreneurial journey make her a transformative force in any organisation or individual she engages with, with a remarkable blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for empowering others to succeed.

Q: Is this event only for women? A: Yes, this event is exclusively for women who are eager to empower themselves and connect with other inspirational women.

Q: Will there be refreshments provided? A: Yes, a scrumptious three course meal, welcome drink, teas and coffees and water will be provided to all attendees.

Q: What should I bring to the event? A: Please bring a notebook and pen for taking notes during workshops and sessions. Dress comfortably in your power suit and be ready to engage and learn!

Q: Is there parking available at the venue? A: Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue.
