On 8 May 2026, The Executive Branch returns to Zimbabwe for its highly anticipated third edition - bigger, bolder, and more intentional than ever before.
Under the powerful theme Whole, Not Strong, this gathering will be a radical reset for ambitious women who are tired of leading on empty. It’s an invitation to step away from the pressure of performance and perfection -and to come home to yourself. This is not another event about doing more. It’s about becoming more of you.
