Cancellation Policy

The Alignment Power Hour™ is a focused, high-impact session designed to support clarity, identity alignment, and strategic progression. To ensure the best experience for both of us, please take a moment to review the policy below before confirming your booking. Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your session is confirmed once payment has been received. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment at no additional charge. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation. Cancellations & Refunds: Because this is a live, dedicated one-to-one service, all bookings are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend your session: - You may reschedule once (with at least 24 hours’ notice), or - You may transfer your session to another person (please email to arrange this) - No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and cannot be extended or rescheduled. Preparation: You agree to complete the pre-session questionnaire at least 48 hours before your session. This enables a personalised and meaningful experience. Sessions without completed pre-work may be postponed at the discretion of the coach. Confidentiality: Everything shared in the session is confidential. This is a safe, non-judgemental space for exploration, clarity, and alignment. Responsibility & Implementation: This session provides direction, strategy, reflective clarity, and actionable next steps. Your results are supported by your willingness to implement what we discuss. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and progress. By Booking, You Agree To This Policy Your booking confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy in full.
